Christmas & Holiday Season
Christmas and holiday sessions are one of my favorite parts of the year! I offer a mix of studio and outdoor seasonal sessions in Virginia Beach, including Christmas, Hanukkah, Santa, and Santa on the Beach. A portion of the proceeds from these sessions also helps support local foster children, especially older teens and young adults aging out of the system.
Holiday Session Pricing
Holiday sessions are intentionally easy and affordable to reserve. I keep holiday session pricing especially affordable because these sessions are also about giving back. Families are asked to bring a monetary donation or gift for a local foster child, helping make the season a little brighter for children and young adults in foster care.
After your donation, Santa Sessions are $25 to book, and your full $25 comes back to you as a credit toward your portrait order.
Non-Santa Holiday Minis are $50 to book, with $25 applied toward your portrait order and the other $25 going toward gifts and support for local foster young adults.
Holiday portrait packages range from $69–$299, so you can choose the package that works best for your family.
Santa on the Beach in Virginia Beach
A fun Virginia Beach holiday tradition with Santa right on the beach! These outdoor sessions take place at Croatan Beach and are perfect for families who want something festive, relaxed, and a little different from a traditional studio Santa session.
Families can choose from Black Santa or White Santa when booking. You’ll get a few special minutes with Santa, followed by time for family and children’s portraits so you leave with a mix of magical Santa moments and updated holiday photos.
Santa on the Beach sessions are typically held each October. If current dates are available, use the button above to view session information and dates. If booking is not currently open, check back soon — new dates and booking links are added as they are released.
Cookies with Santa in our Virginia Beach Studio
Come see a little Christmas magic in the studio with Santa! During these playful sessions, children get to decorate cookies with Santa, laugh, interact, and enjoy a more relaxed experience than a traditional sit-and-smile Santa experiance!

Christmas & Holiday Studio Sessions
These studio sessions are perfect for families who want festive seasonal portraits without Santa. Skip the stiff holiday portraits and come have some fun in the studio instead! These quick mini sessions can be playful, cozy, classic, or a little more glam — from cookies and Christmas jammies to fireplace snuggles and beautifully styled holiday sets. The goal is simply to create fun, memorable images that feel like your family.
Hanukkah is also available as a seasonal studio option. When booking or inquiring about holiday sessions, simply select Hanukkah as the type of session you’re interested in, and we’ll prepare the setup and details!
